End-Of-Life Support for All
When it comes to death and dying, you don’t have to face it alone.
Whether you’re preparing for your own goodbye or supporting someone you love—there is a way through this that feels calm, clear, and grounded in care.
I’m here to support you
How I Can Help
When it comes to death and dying, I offer support that brings both calm and clarity.
Some arrive early, ready to prepare with intention.
Others come when time is short and everything feels tender.
Both are welcome.
Whether you’re planning for your own goodbye or supporting someone you love, I help you feel emotionally lighter, practically supported, and deeply seen.
Together, we’ll tend to what matters— your wishes, your questions, and the parts of you that need space to soften.
How You Prepare
Is Up To You
Some who seek my help want everything in place.
Some just need space to talk.
Others feel something stirring inside—a quiet nudge to unburden before they go.
These offerings were created to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re planning ahead, feeling the weight of goodbye, or simply wanting to leave something meaningful behind.
The Departure Plan
Clarity can be a relief.
We’ll tend to the practical and the personal—your wishes, your words, and the details that bring peace.
So when the time comes, you and your loved ones can meet it with calm.

When Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) Becomes Part of the Conversation
MAiD is a deeply personal decision—one that asks for clarity, compassion, and calm.
Medical assistance in dying (MAiD) is a legal Canadian process that allows someone who is found eligible to be able to receive assistance from a medical practitioner in ending their life.
Whether you’re considering your own options, supporting someone you love,
or simply trying to understand what’s ahead—this space is here for you.
This isn’t about rushing toward a choice.
It’s about softening fear.
Making room for truth.
And ensuring the path ahead feels as peaceful as possible.
Together, we can:
– Talk openly, without pressure or judgment
– Explore what matters most—emotionally and practically
– Prepare gently, with steadiness and care
You don’t have to carry this alone.
I’m here to help you navigate it—with calm, care, and clarity.
"My experience of working with Alessandra has exceeded all my expectations. Her kindness, energy and wisdom were like a steady hand guiding me through an understandably emotionally challenging experience. It is very strange to know that this will almost certainly be the last recommendation I give, but one that is wholehearted for anyone about to embark on the final journey into the unknown.

About Your Guide
Meet Alessandra
You don’t need to be fearless.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just need somewhere to begin.
I am Alessandra Sagredo, my qualifications include Certifications as Sacred-Passage End of Life Doula, Legacy Guide, a Counselling Hypnotherapist & Conscious Dying Coach.
This work is a culmination of over 20 years of experience in offering guidance and assistance. My own personal experience with death includes facing my own mortality after two brain cancer diagnoses and subsequent successful treatments. I don’t just theoretically understand what you may going through, I lived it.
With my accumulated experience, specialized training and a inborn healer persona, I offer emotional support, gentle planning, and sacred space to reflect, release, heal and remember.
Some people I support are nowhere near death—they’re choosing clarity. Others arrive when time is short and tenderness matters most. Wherever you are, you don’t have to face this alone.
Together, we create space for what needs to be said…
For what wants to be healed…
For what deserves to be remembered.
This work is about meaning—not fear. Relief—not overwhelm.
Presence—not pressure.
When you’re ready, we begin. One soft, grounded step at a time.
